Bookings can be made by
any of the methods listed below. Please specify course title and date and
time required. All courses are 3 hours with 15 mins break half way. We
will do our best to meet your required date and time but we may have
to contact you regarding alternative dates.

We will always respond and confirm your booking. We will endeavour to
do so within 48 hours.

No course will be regarded
as booked, and no commitment will exist on either side until the
course booking has been confirmed to you by us in writing and this has
been accepted by you in writing.

Course fees - please
enquire at time of booking. We will invoice you following delivery of the
course.

If you need to change a
booking - this can usually be done at no additional cost. Where you
have to cancel a course please let us know at the earliest
opportunity. Normally no cancellation fee will be charged.

You are responsible for
any CPD accreditation required in respect of a booked course, for any
matters concerning accreditation of your firm and for meeting any
authorisation requirements of the SRA or other professional
bodies. Our courses are intended to form part of your firm's own CPD
In-house training scheme.

The course notes, slides
and other materials that will be provided for use on the course will
have been been prepared solely for the benefit of delegates. These
will be designed to be part of the presentation and not to stand on
their own. The materials will provide an outline of the provisions of
various matters including legislation and case law. They will not be
exhaustive and in particular will contain many points of law that will
have been reduced to broad statements for the purposes of brevity and
to aid explanation and understanding. It is important that delegates
refer to original sources or one of the standard works on the relevant
subject area for further guidance. In particular, in no circumstances
should be materials be used be used for giving advice to clients.
